The revenue register's AGRONOMIC and TAX details for a survey: wet (Nanjai) / dry (Punjai) classification in Tamil and English, soil class, soil type codes, irrigation source, whether recorded as cultivable, tenure (e.g. Ryotwari), poramboke flag and the annual land tax assessed. Pass the revenue codes (from the parcel lookup or the place-name lookup) + survey_number, optional sub_division. Use for "is this wet or dry land", "soil class of my survey", "what land tax is assessed", "is it cultivable / irrigated", and for "IS THIS GOVERNMENT OR PORAMBOKE LAND" - this tool carries the revenue register's own government/poramboke classification (is_government), which the temple, waqf, forest and cadastral zone layers do NOT answer. Call it before reporting that a parcel's government status could not be established. Rural registers only. 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `register` 'rural' | 'urban': Which register the codes belong to. These columns exist only in the village (rural) register; pass "urban" for a town survey parcel and the tool will say so rather than answering from a village that shares the code.

  - `sub_division` string
  - `all_subdivisions` boolean: Return every subdivision of the survey instead of the first 20. Only when the user asks for the whole table.
