One registered project read end to end from its filing, or the searchable list of every registered project in Tamil Nadu. With rera_id: the blocks and units, site extent, the planning permission and building permit it cites and whether those numbers match an approval on record, the completion certificate if one is held, cost as filed, whether it is on time or late and by how many months, every project within two kilometres, the orders and enforcement notices its promoter appears on, and the filing documents. Without rera_id: the list filtered by name or promoter (q), district, kind, stage, Chennai Metropolitan Area against the rest, and a registration window, with the counts above the table. Answers "what does the filing say about Casagrand Vienna", "is this project late", "what else is being built around it", "list apartment projects registered in Chengalpattu this year". Figures are the filing's own; what a filing does not carry is reported as not held with the reason. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.

  - `district` string: One district, as the register spells it.
  - `kind` 'apartment' | 'villa' | 'plot' | 'mixed' | 'commercial' | 'unknown'
  - `stage` 'not_started' | 'under_construction' | 'completed' | 'unknown'
  - `category` 'CMA' | 'DTCP': CMA: the Chennai Metropolitan Area. DTCP: the rest of the state.
  - `window` '4q' | '8q' | '12q' | 'all' | 'custom': Registration window for the list: 4q, 8q (default), 12q, all, or custom with from and to.
  - `from` string: Custom window start, YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `to` string: Custom window end, YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `sort` 'registered' | 'name' | 'developer' | 'district' | 'units' | 'completion' | 'stage': List order; default registered (newest first).
  - `dir` 'asc' | 'desc'
  - `page` integer: List page, 25 rows each.
  - `limit` integer: How many nearby projects to return with a profile (default 25, at most 100).

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
