Tamil Nadu property news from 22 outlet feeds, keyed to the developers, projects and districts on the register: the latest items in a window of 7, 30 or 90 days with the feed's own summary, their tags (RERA, stalled or revived, court and enforcement, policy, launches, infrastructure, tax, prices), the developers mentioned most with their latest headline, and the signal groups. With developer_id or project: only the items keyed to that register row. Filter by district, tag and a search word. Answers "what is being said about this developer", "any news on stalled projects in Chennai", "policy news that moves Coimbatore". Headlines and summaries are the outlets' own and each item carries the outlet's link; a keyed item is a name match on the text, which is a lead to read and not a finding. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.

  - `district` string: Only items keyed to this district.
  - `developer_id` integer: Only items keyed to this developer (the id from a developer profile).
  - `project` string: Only items keyed to this project: its RERA id.
  - `q` string: A word or phrase the headline or summary must contain.
  - `page` integer: Page of the latest items, 25 each.
  - `limit` integer: Items to return (default 25, at most 100).

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
