How much residential and commercial supply is registered in Tamil Nadu, where, by whom and at what pace: projects, homes and plots filed per quarter, by district, the top developers of the window, the planning permissions and layout approvals behind the filings, and how many filings are past their completion date. Answers "how many projects registered in Chennai last year", "which districts lead on homes filed", "who are the biggest developers in Coimbatore", "how much supply is late". Filter by districts (all 38 by default), kind (apartment, villa, plot, mixed, commercial), the Chennai Metropolitan Area against the rest of the state, and a window of 4, 8 or 12 quarters or custom dates. Every figure comes from the registration filings as published; a figure a filing does not carry is left out of the sums, never counted as 0. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.

  - `category` 'CMA' | 'DTCP': CMA: the Chennai Metropolitan Area (Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur). DTCP: the rest of the state. Omit for both.
  - `window` '4q' | '8q' | '12q' | 'custom': Quarters to cover: 4q, 8q (default) or 12q, or custom with from and to.
  - `from` string: Custom window start, YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `to` string: Custom window end, YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `asof` string: Read the register as it stood on this date, YYYY-MM-DD; default today.
  - `sort` 'district' | 'projects' | 'units' | 'plots' | 'extent' | 'share' | 'under_construction' | 'completed' | 'late' | 'median_cost': Order of the district table; default units.
  - `limit` integer: Rows of the district and developer tables to return (default 25, at most 100).
