What registered this week, and each of the last twelve: new project registrations week by week with homes and plots filed, the CMDA permissions and DTCP or panchayat approvals granted in the same week, the district split, and the week's project rows (name, developer, district, village, kind, units, plots, stage, dates, cost as filed). Filter by districts and kinds; omit both to use the saved choice of the account behind the credential, or pass all true for the whole state. With week (e.g. 2026-W39): every row of that week. With shortlist true: the account's shortlisted projects with their notes. Answers "what registered this week in Chennai", "how many launches in the last twelve weeks in Coimbatore", "what is on my shortlist". Read only: the saved choice and the shortlist are changed on the page, never here. Approvals outside the Chennai Metropolitan Area carry no unit counts. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.

  - `kinds` string[]: Kinds to follow; omit for every kind.
  - `all` boolean: true: the whole state, ignoring the saved choice.
  - `week` string: One week as YYYY-Www (e.g. 2026-W39) to return every row of that week.
  - `shortlist` boolean: true: also return the account's shortlist with notes.
  - `limit` integer: Rows per week to return (default 10, at most 100); the week argument returns the whole week.

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
