On track or late, by the record: every registered project's filed completion date set against the register's status, the extension and progress notices it carries, and the CMDA completion certificates matched to it. The late table with months past the date, the projects due in the next 6 or 12 months, the developers ranked by how often and how far they run late, and the certificates issued in the last 12, 24 or 60 months with the filing each one matches. Answers "which projects in Chennai are late and by how long", "what is due to complete this year", "does this developer run late", "which projects received a completion certificate recently". Late means the filed date has passed without a completed status; no progress reports are published, so a late filing is a fact about the filing, not a verdict on the site. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.

  - `developer_id` integer: Only this developer's projects (the id from a developer profile).
  - `months_late` '0-6' | '6-12' | '12-24' | '24-36' | '36+': Only projects this far past their date: 0-6, 6-12, 12-24, 24-36 or 36+ months.
  - `q` string: Project or developer name to search for.
  - `sort` 'months' | 'name' | 'developer' | 'district' | 'units' | 'completion' | 'registration': Late table order; default months (most late first).
  - `dir` 'asc' | 'desc'
  - `page` integer: Late table page, 50 rows each.
  - `due_within` 6 | 12: Months ahead for the due table: 6 (default) or 12.
  - `certificates_within` 12 | 24 | 60: Months back for the certificates table: 12 (default), 24 or 60.
  - `certificates_page` integer: Certificates table page, 50 rows each.
  - `limit` integer: Rows of each table to return (default 25, at most 50).

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
