A city's micromarkets, as our own coded areas (Chennai's corridors and zones, every other city's towns), each built from revenue villages, wards and PIN codes so the area figures add up to the city. Per area: projects, homes, plots and extent registered, share of the city, developers active, what is under construction, completed or late, density, momentum (the last 8 quarters against the 8 before) and the leading developer. With area: one area in full, its member villages and PIN codes, developers, quarter-by-quarter filings, its late projects and its project list. Answers "which Chennai areas have the most supply", "how does OMR compare with the city", "what is being built in Medavakkam", "which areas are gaining momentum". Cities are the 49 the register names; windows of 4, 8 or 12 quarters, the whole register, or custom dates. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.

  - `city` string: The city, e.g. Chennai (default), Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli. An unknown name falls back to Chennai and the answer says so.
  - `area` string: One area's slug from the city view (e.g. omr-perungudi-thoraipakkam) to read that area in full.
  - `kind` 'corridor' | 'zone' | 'town' | 'rest': Only areas of this type: corridor, zone, town or rest.
  - `window` 'all' | '4q' | '8q' | '12q' | 'custom': all (default, the whole register from 2017), 4q, 8q, 12q, or custom with from and to.
  - `from` string: Custom window start, YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `to` string: Custom window end, YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `sort` 'area' | 'region' | 'projects' | 'units' | 'plots' | 'extent' | 'share' | 'under_construction' | 'completed' | 'late' | 'developers' | 'density' | 'momentum' | 'luxury': Area table order; default units.
  - `dir` 'asc' | 'desc'
  - `page` integer: With area: page of its project list, 25 rows each.
  - `limit` integer: Rows of the area table, or of an area's project list, to return (default 25, at most 100).

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
