`POST /api/v1/tools/forest_claim`

## Request

Check whether a SURVEY NUMBER is on the Forest Department's verification list (claimed/verified as forest land - which blocks sales and bank loans). Pass the revenue codes (from the parcel lookup or the place-name lookup) and optionally the survey; without a survey it returns the VILLAGE ROLLUP (how many surveys in the village are forest-claimed, and which). Use for "is my land forest land", "any forest claim on this survey", "forest-claimed surveys in my village". 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `district_code` string, required
  - `taluk_code` string: Revenue taluk code. Pass it: village codes repeat across taluks, and without it a survey can be flagged from a village of the same number in another taluk.
  - `village_code` string, required
  - `survey_number` string
  - `sub_division` string: Sub-division, when known. The list is kept per sub-division, so this says which rows are the parcel itself.
  - `rural_urban` 'rural' | 'urban': From the parcel lookup. Pass it: a taluk numbers its towns and its villages separately and the codes overlap, so without it a town plot can be read against a rural village's entries.
  - `block` string: For a town (urban) parcel: urban_block_number from the parcel lookup. A town survey number repeats in every block.

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
