# FMB sketch

`POST /api/v1/tools/fmb_sketch`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://verified.realestate`
- URL: `https://verified.realestate/api/v1/tools/fmb_sketch`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Fetch the Field Measurement Book (FMB) sketch for a survey number: the official cadastral sketch showing the parcel's measured boundaries and subdivisions. Use when the user asks for the FMB / field measurement book / survey sketch of a parcel. Needs the revenue codes (resolve them first from names) and the survey number. For a town survey with no ward and block, the tool reads them from the parcel already pinned in this conversation (or lists the recorded ward/block pairs as choices), so do not ask the user to type them first. Not every survey has an FMB online; if unavailable, say so plainly (nothing is charged). Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

## Request body

- object
  - `district_code` string, required: Revenue district code
  - `taluk_code` string, required: Revenue taluk code
  - `village_code` string, required: Revenue village / town code
  - `survey_number` string, required
  - `sub_division` string
  - `register` 'rural' | 'urban': Which register the parcel is in, when the caller already knows. Decides the request shape; otherwise it is read from the land details.
  - `ward_code` string: Town survey ward code. Pass it whenever known: one town survey number repeats across wards, so deriving it can fetch a different parcel.
  - `block_code` string: Town survey block code. Pass it whenever known, for the same reason as ward_code.

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
