# Every record from a deed

`POST /api/v1/tools/document_records`

Every record for the land a document describes, in one approved run. Give a link to a sale deed, patta, FMB sketch or geotagged site photo (file_url), or a pin (lat, lng), or the revenue codes with the survey numbers. The document is read for its village, survey numbers, document number and registering office; then ONE encumbrance certificate search runs over the full available period for every survey it names, and the patta (or town survey extract) and FMB sketch of each survey (up to 6) are fetched. Each encumbrance entry, and the document itself, comes with its certified copy order details. Returns a proposal with the most it can cost; approve it to run. Each part is charged only when it delivers. Tamil Nadu only. Returns a proposal, nothing is charged yet; it runs only once the user approves it, and the approved run costs 3 to 14 credits.

  - `file_url` string: Public http(s) link to the document: PDF or image (jpg, png, tiff, webp, heic), up to 25 MB.
  - `lat` number: Latitude of a point on the land, when there is no document.
  - `lng` number: Longitude of a point on the land, when there is no document.
  - `district_code` string: Revenue district code, with taluk_code and village_code, when the land is already known.
  - `taluk_code` string: Revenue taluk code
  - `village_code` string: Revenue village or town code
  - `register` 'rural' | 'urban': Rural village or town survey, when known.
  - `ward_code` string: Town survey ward, for an urban parcel.
  - `block_code` string: Town survey block, for an urban parcel.
  - `surveys` string[]: Survey numbers with their sub-division, e.g. ["112/3A", "113"]. Read from the document when one is given.

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
