Draft legal documents from our 33 vetted Tamil Nadu templates (31 deeds and agreements that export to Word, plus rent receipt and rent invoice generators that make a PDF): action "catalog" lists every template with its purpose (use it to advise WHICH deed the user needs); action "prefill" takes a template plus the fields gathered in conversation and returns a link that opens the generator PRE-FILLED, ready to review and export to Word. Templates: adoption-deed, cancellation-deed, construction-agreement, dissolution-partnership, exchange-deed, further-charge-possession, further-charge-without, gift-deed, lease-deed, mortgage-possession, mortgage-sale, mortgage-without-possession, partition-deed, partnership-deed, power-attorney, power-cancellation, promissory-note, ratification-deed, receipt-deed, rectification-deed, release-deed, rental-agreement, revocation-settlement, sale-agreement, sale-deed, settlement-deed, special-power-attorney, title-deed-agreement, trust-deed, will-cancellation, will-deed, rent-receipt, rent-invoice.
