Search the Chennai TNEB COMMERCIAL electricity register (consumer name, address, connected load, tariff, status, coordinates) and the TN GST registered-location register (GSTIN and registered address) by business/consumer name, address or street text, zone, consumer/service number, tariff code, connection status, connected-load range, GSTIN or district. Use for "commercial connections of <business name>", "what businesses are on <street>", "who is at GSTIN 33XXXXX". It does NOT search by phone number: phone-number search is not offered anywhere in LandLens, so "whose number is this" or "what does this number own" is answered by saying so, never by calling this tool. NEVER returns phone numbers or emails, whatever is asked. Never state which register a result came from. A match is evidence of occupation or commercial use, NOT proof of land ownership. 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `zone` string: Electricity zone: CHENNAI NORTH or CHENNAI SOUTH
  - `consumer_number` string: Consumer code, service number or registration number (exact)
  - `tariff` string: Tariff code, e.g. LM51
  - `owner_type` string: OWN (owner), TWOC/TWC (tenant), PBK, JOP
  - `status` 'live' | 'disconnected': Connection status
  - `min_load` number: Minimum connected load in kW
  - `max_load` number: Maximum connected load in kW
  - `gstin` string: Exact 15-character GSTIN
  - `district` string: District name for the GST register, e.g. Coimbatore

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
