Value a building on the Tamil Nadu PWD plinth area rates, the same working the Registration Department uses: a per-floor rate for the construction material, wood work and roof, less age depreciation from the published table, plus the regional percentage, plus portico, garage and compound wall. Use for "what is my building worth", construction value, building value for a valuation, insurance or a capital gains working. This values the STRUCTURE only; land is separate (the guideline value, or a Price Map for the market rate). Ask the user for the construction material, wood type, roof type, region, floor areas and age when they are not given. Free.
