Generate a full Build Scope feasibility report for a plot: achievable FSI, buildable area, floors, height, per-side setbacks with TNCDBR rule citations, parking requirement and NOC list, saved to the user's LandLens Build Scope list and delivered into this chat with the setback diagram. GATHER INPUTS FIRST, FOR FREE: the plot's coordinate (the parcel lookup), the four side lengths in metres (A=front, then B, C, D going around), which side(s) face a road and each road's width in metres, and the intended development (residential / commercial / mixed_residential / institutional / industrial; small or large scale). Call the tool with whatever you have; it lists what is still missing so you can ask. When complete it queues the report (4 credits on delivery, free if it fails, about 10 minutes in the background). Queues a background job; 4 credits are taken when the job starts and returned automatically if it fails. The job is polled until it is delivered.

  - `industrial_category` 'white' | 'green' | 'orange' | 'red': TNPCB category (industrial only)
  - `industrial_subtype` 'manufacturing' | 'it_software': industrial only
  - `institutional_type` 'educational' | 'healthcare' | 'government' | 'religious': institutional only
  - `educational_subtype` 'school' | 'college' | 'primary_school': educational institutions only
  - `is_government` boolean: Government institution (institutional only)
