DEEP ANALYSIS of a PATTA or EC (Encumbrance Certificate), using the same specialist engine as the standalone analyzer pages: for a patta, the holder/extent/classification read with irregularity flags; for an EC, the full transaction-history read (ownership succession, mortgages and whether they were discharged, gaps, red flags). document_type: "patta" or "ec"; pick from what the document actually is. Use for "analyse this patta", "explain this EC", "any problems in this encumbrance certificate". In a chat, attach the document to the message (1 credit). Over the API, pass file_url: a publicly reachable https link to the PDF or scan, which is fetched and read first (2 credits, because the read is done here). Private, internal and non-document links are refused. Costs 2 credits per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `file_url` string: Public https link to the document (PDF or scan image), for callers with no chat attachment. Ignored when a document is attached to the message. Max 25 MB.
