HEIGHT CLEARANCES THE AIRPORTS AUTHORITY HAS ACTUALLY ISSUED near a point, for a survey number, to an owner, or by certificate number, each with the permissible top height above mean sea level, the height that leaves above the declared ground, the date and the certificate itself. 8,670 clearances around 12 Tamil Nadu and Puducherry aerodromes since 1 January 2016. Use for "what height has been allowed near my land", "has anyone near here got an airport NOC", "what did the Authority grant on survey 44/2", "check this NOC ID", "what has this builder been cleared for". This is EVIDENCE of what was granted to others, NOT permission for the asker: quote it as a neighbour's certificate. What the zoning map allows at a point in principle is the separate airport height check; the two answer different questions and can be asked together. Free.

  - `lat` number: Latitude, from the parcel lookup. Finds clearances within 1.5 km.
  - `lng` number: Longitude, from the parcel lookup.
  - `survey` string: Survey or T.S. number, e.g. "44/2". Several may be comma separated.
  - `village` string: Village name, strongly recommended with a survey number.
  - `district` string
  - `airport` string: Aerodrome name, e.g. Chennai, Coimbatore, Tuticorin.
  - `name` string: Owner or applicant name, to find a builder or institution history.
  - `nocid` string: Certificate number, to confirm a document someone has produced.

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
