MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE BUILDING HEIGHT at a point under the airport funnel rules (TNGIS airport NOC + AAI colour-coded zoning maps, the LOWER limit governs), and whether a proposed height clears it. Pass lat/lng (from the parcel lookup) and optionally proposed_height_m. Use for "how tall can I build here", "will 45 m clear the airport rules", "is my plot in the funnel and what is the height cap". Anywhere in TN; outside mapped zones, CMDA practice still asks for an AAI NOC for buildings of 30.5 m or more, or above 10 floors. Free.
