## Request

Fetch the e-Adangal crop and cultivation register entry for a RURAL survey: recorded crops, season, type of cultivation and irrigation notes. Reads the live register; if it does not answer, our stored copy is used and the answer says so with the date it was read. Use for "what crops are recorded", "adangal / அடங்கல்", "who cultivates this land", "is cultivation recorded". Needs revenue codes (resolve first) and the survey number; passing the patta number lets the register be checked under both indexes. Rural only; town-surveyed land has no adangal. A blank register means NO CULTIVATION RECORDED, never "not cultivated" - say so. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `patta_number` string: Optional; enables the patta-index fallback when the survey index is blank.
  - `register` 'rural' | 'urban': Which register the codes belong to. Pass "urban" for a town survey parcel: the crop register covers village land only, and a town code read as a village code names a different place.
