# Get the latest licensed bulk snapshot manifest.

`GET /api/v1/export`

## Request

Returns a manifest describing the most recent bulk snapshot and a signed, expiring URL to download it. The snapshot is cut from the same served corpus as the paged endpoints and carries the same provenance boundary: only rows Veridion collected first-party from the government system of record are included. This endpoint requires a bearer key and has no anonymous mode, and that key must carry the `read:export` scope. That scope is a separately quoted add-on rather than part of any tier's default grant, so a valid key for every other documented path still receives 403 here. Accepts no query parameters.

## Other responses

- `400`: This endpoint accepts no query parameters.
- `401`: Request a key at /data-api and send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>.
- `403`: The supplied key is not scoped for export.
- `404`: No snapshot has been generated yet.
- `503`: The manifest or signed URL could not be produced.
