# List receipt-qualified OGE 278-T transactions.

`GET /api/v1/executive`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.veridionmarkets.com`
- URL: `https://www.veridionmarkets.com/api/v1/executive`
- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - HTTP bearer

Reads accepted first-party temporal serving rows, preserving quarantine and supersession guards. Each transaction carries its stored transaction_id, immutable version_id, explicit veridion-executive-content-v1 content_hash_basis, exact filed range and official document URL/page/line. filed_date means OGE received date. computed_at is this response's clock, never a filing date. Receipt failures are held and counted by reason. No price, midpoint, outcome or return is exposed. Only a Developer key receives historical as_of and generation-pinned pagination (filed_date descending, observation and disclosure ID ascending). Anonymous, free and evaluator callers are bounded to the same latest 25 serving candidates BEFORE filters; held rows do not widen it. Free requests also consume the existing shared 60-request-per-IP hourly disclosure budget, including keyed free/evaluator attempts; their ordinary key minute/day caps remain enforced. Developer remains $49/month or $490/year. No raw-warehouse completeness claim is implied.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Default 25 on free, 100 on Developer; free maximum 25, Developer maximum 1000.
- `cursor` string: Signed Executive snapshot cursor; Developer only. Preserve the original filters. Cursors from /disclosures are refused.
- `as_of` string, date-time: Developer only: retained point-in-time state, at or after coverage.point_in_time_floor and no later than this request.
- `filed_date` string: Exact OGE received date (YYYY-MM-DD). On free access this filters the fixed recent window, not the entire warehouse.
- `document_id` string: Exact OGE filing document identifier, case-insensitive. On free access filters only the recent window.
- `type` 'purchase' | 'sale' | 'exchange': As-filed transaction classification.

## Response `200`

A receipt-qualified page with held reasons, pinned snapshot and access window.

- ExecutivePage: Receipt-qualified Executive transaction page with response-local coverage, access and cache contracts.
  - `computed_at` string, date-time, required: This response's computation time; not a source filing or retrieval time.
  - `version` string, required: Served Disclosure API contract version, also identified by X-API-Version.
  - `coverage` object, required: Response-local qualified/held counts and the retained snapshot supporting them.
    - `rows_returned` integer, required: Count of qualified transactions returned in this response after caller filters and receipt holds; not a warehouse total.
    - `rows_held` integer, required: Count of examined page candidates held by receipt/source/identity validation; excludes unexamined later pages.
    - `held_by_reason` object, required: Per-reason count of examined candidates withheld from this response.
    - `snapshot_as_of` string, date-time, required: Exact pinned temporal snapshot instant shared with every cursor in this walk; preserves retained microseconds.
    - `snapshot_generation` integer, required: Positive retained dataset generation pinned for this response and any next page.
    - `point_in_time_floor` string, date-time, required: Earliest accepted as_of instant supported by retained disclosure history; earlier requests fail closed.
    - `basis` string, required: Scope of the accepted first-party OGE serving population, not a raw-warehouse completeness assertion.
  - `access` object, required: Verified effective history access and its bounded candidate/page/request limits.
    - `tier` 'free' | 'developer', required: Effective access mode: only Developer keys receive full history; anonymous, free and evaluator keys retain the free window.
    - `full_history` boolean, required: True only when a Developer key authorizes historical pagination and point-in-time reads.
    - `max_rows_per_request` integer, required: Allowed page size: maximum 25 for free-window callers and 1000 for Developer.
    - `window_rows` integer: Fixed global recent serving-candidate count for free-window calls,25 before filters or ID lookup; omitted for Developer.
    - `window_basis` string: How the free global recent window is selected before filters; receipt failures cannot widen it.
    - `requests_per_hour_per_ip` integer: Existing shared hourly IP disclosure-request limit, 60 for free-window callers; their key caps also remain enforced when present.
  - `cache` object, required: Executable delivery-cache contract matching this response's private no-store headers.
    - `policy` 'private-no-store', required: Caller-specific origin response is not reusable by browser or shared cache.
    - `browser_max_age_seconds` 0, required: Browser cache lifetime in seconds: zero.
    - `cdn_max_age_seconds` 0, required: Shared CDN response cache lifetime in seconds: zero.
    - `declared_max_staleness_seconds` 0, required: Response cache delivery staleness allowance in seconds: zero; source measurement instants remain distinct.
    - `age_header` unknown, required
  - `notice` string, required: Filed-range and non-recommendation notice; this endpoint excludes outcomes and returns.
  - `data` object[], required: Qualified transactions in this bounded page; held candidates are counted rather than replaced by older rows.
    - `transaction_id` string, required: Stored OGE warehouse transaction identifier extracted from the immutable oge-<id>:<generation UUID> version binding; not inferred from trade fields.
    - `disclosure_id` string, required: Stable accepted disclosure identity used by the existing /disclosures history surface.
    - `version_id` string, required: Immutable retained OGE parse-generation identity; source transaction ID followed by its stored generation UUID.
    - `content_hash` string, required: SHA256 hex over the JSON object of projected filing facts and receipt coordinates, including content_hash_basis and excluding content_hash and provenance.
    - `content_hash_basis` 'veridion-executive-content-v1', required: Fixed named hash recipe: exact served fields except content_hash and provenance. Operational retrieval, parse and observation clocks do not change filing content.
    - `filer` object, required: Official filing's filer identity; no office or ownership inference is added.
      - `id` string, required: Canonical filer identifier retained in the accepted disclosure version.
      - `name` string, required: Filer name recorded by the official OGE filing.
    - `trade_date` string, required: Transaction calendar date as recorded in the filing, YYYY-MM-DD; not the publication date.
