# Get one receipt-qualified OGE transaction by its stored identifier.

`GET /api/v1/executive/{transaction_id}`

Returns exactly one accepted active version in the current or Developer as_of snapshot, with the same receipt, filed-range, computed_at and content-hash contract as the list. On anonymous/free/evaluator access the ID is looked up only within the globally recent 25 serving candidates. A missing, held or out-of-window ID answers 404 without revealing old rows; an ambiguous identity fails closed. Retained versions can be reconstructed using Developer as_of. Existing /disclosures/{disclosure_id}/history remains the observed-version history surface; this release adds no Executive change-stream or export operation.

Exactly one qualified transaction in the caller's access window.

- ExecutiveLookup: One qualified OGE transaction at the current or Developer point-in-time snapshot; no unqualified raw row fallback.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid transaction ID or timestamp.
- `401`: The supplied key is invalid.
- `403`: Missing scope or Developer historical entitlement.
- `404`: No qualified active transaction is in this access window.
- `429`: An enforced request budget was exceeded.
- `503`: The transaction could not be resolved safely.
