  - `thread` object, required: The incident thread
  - `events` ThreadEventItem[], required: Member events ordered by created_at ascending (the camera-hop timeline)
    - `event` object, required: The member event (incl. thread_id, occurred_at)
    - `camera` object, nullable: Compact camera ref: {id, camera_label}
    - `interpretation_summary` object, nullable: Compact eval summary (incident_type, severity, confidence_band, recommended_action, needs_human_review); null while the eval is pending
    - `agent_action` object, nullable: Newest agent action for this member (incl. config_snapshot)
    - `operator_evaluation` object, nullable: Disposition on this member, if any (actor='agent' marks an auto-dismissal)
