`GET /sites/{site_id}/summary-events`

Successful Response

- GetSiteSummaryEventsResponse
  - `items` SiteSummaryEvent[], required: Newest contributing records first.
    - `id` string, uuid, required: Contributing record UUID; an event can have multiple records. Opaque for an Archived record shown to a Parent Manager.
    - `event_id` string, uuid, nullable, required: Event to open in the authorized review page; null if a camera move put the event outside current scope, or for an Archived event shown to a Parent Manager.
    - `occurred_at` string, date-time, required: Time counted by this metric, not necessarily event arrival.
    - `camera` string, required: Current camera label.
    - `outcome` string, required: Customer-safe outcome label, without operator identity or notes.
  - `total` integer, required: Current matching record count, before pagination; may differ from a stored snapshot.
  - `window_start` string, date-time, required: Inclusive monitoring-window start.
  - `window_end` string, date-time, required: Exclusive monitoring-window end.
  - `timezone` string, required: Site timezone, snapshotted for a stored summary.
