`POST /parents/{parent_id}/accounts`

  - `name` string, required: The name of the account (the client's customer).
  - `primary_contact_name` string, nullable: Primary contact's name at the account.
  - `primary_contact_phone` string, nullable: Primary contact's phone number at the account.
  - `primary_contact_email` string, nullable: Primary contact's email address at the account.
  - `notes` string, nullable: Free-form notes about the account.

  - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier of the account.
  - `parent_id` string, uuid, required: The client (parent) this account belongs to.
  - `name` string, required: Name of the account (the client's customer).
  - `primary_contact_name` string, nullable: Primary contact's name at the account.
  - `primary_contact_phone` string, nullable: Primary contact's phone number at the account.
  - `primary_contact_email` string, nullable: Primary contact's email address at the account.
  - `notes` string, nullable: Free-form notes about the account.
