# List Inbound Calls

`GET /inbound-calls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.verdun.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.verdun.ai/inbound-calls`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Recent calls to the Verdun line, newest first (at most 200). Central staff holding
escalate_dispatch or notify_property_owner only. `event_id` is set only for a caller
we phoned in the last 24 h.

## Query parameters

- `days` integer: How far back to look.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- InboundCallRecord[]
  - `id` string, required: inbound_call row id (also the `icid` custom parameter on the ring).
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When the call arrived.
  - `from_number` string, nullable: Caller ID as Twilio reported it.
  - `event_id` string, nullable: The alarm this call is probably about: set only when Verdun called this number (police or owner) in the previous 24 h and exactly one client account is involved.
  - `dispatch_call_id` string, nullable: That earlier outbound call, when matched.
  - `outcome` 'answered' | 'voicemail' | 'missed', nullable: null while the call is still ringing.
  - `status` string, nullable: Twilio's final call status.
  - `answered_by_name` string, nullable: Who took the call (first console to answer).
  - `answered_at` string, date-time, nullable: When the answering console reported acceptance.
  - `duration_seconds` integer, nullable: Provider-reported call duration in seconds.
  - `transcript` TranscriptSegment[], nullable: Voicemail transcript; null until transcribed (or when never recorded).
    - `role` string, required: verdun | other | caller
    - `start_ms` integer, required: Segment start offset in milliseconds.
    - `end_ms` integer, required: Segment end offset in milliseconds.
    - `text` string, required: Transcribed speech.
  - `summary` string, nullable: Internal one-line summary of the voicemail.
