  - `heightened_exceptions` HeightenedExceptionModel[]
    - `label` string, required: Short category name. The AI cites this label verbatim (matched_exception) when it clears activity as this exception.
    - `description` string, nullable: How the AI can recognize this category on camera (uniform, vehicle, typical hours). Null = label only.
  - `prompt_profile` 'production' | 'demo'
  - `monitoring_profile` 'security' | 'safety'
