  - `site_id` string, uuid, required: Currently authorized property
  - `site_name` string, required: Property name
  - `camera_id` string, uuid, required: Camera identity
  - `camera_name` string, required: Camera label
  - `recipient_name` string, required: Customer name at the time of request
  - `message` string, required: Customer-visible context supplied by the operator
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When the notification was created
  - `push_status` string, required: Provider acceptance, never proof of delivery
  - `push_accepted` integer, required: Devices whose provider accepted the notification
  - `push_attempted_at` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the last provider attempt began. A 'sending' status older than ten minutes may be retried; younger ones are still uncertain
