- UpdateCameraHealthConfigRequest
  - `ptz` boolean, required: Whether this camera is pan/tilt/zoom. When true the 'camera moved' health issue is suppressed, because a changed view is what the hardware is for. Does not reach the ingestor.

- UpdateCameraHealthConfigResponse
  - `id` string, uuid, required: The camera id.
  - `ptz` boolean, required: The stored pan/tilt/zoom flag after the update.
