## Request body

- CreateCakeReferralRequest
  - `full_name` string, required: Referrer name.
  - `email` string, email, required: Referrer's email address; personal and work addresses are accepted.
  - `company_name` string, required: Referrer's company name.
  - `business_name` string, required: Business nominated to receive a cake.
  - `commercial_address` string, required: Full commercial delivery address; subject to manual verification.
  - `business_contact` string, required: Recipient point of contact name at the nominated business.
  - `business_contact_email` string, email, required: Recipient point of contact email address.
  - `fit_reason` string, required: Why the business is a fit for monitoring.
  - `contact_reference` string: Honeypot; leave empty.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CreateCakeClaimResponse
  - `status` 'ok': Email provider accepted the claim.

## Other responses

- `413`: Request too large.
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Too many submissions; retry later.
- `502`: Email provider did not confirm acceptance.
