## Request body `multipart/form-data`

- CreateCakeClaimRequest
  - `full_name` string, required: Contact name.
  - `dealership` string, required: Company name (legacy field name retained for compatibility).
  - `email` string, email, required: Company email address.
  - `contact_reference` string: Honeypot; leave empty.
  - `photo` string, binary, required: Cake photo: JPEG, PNG or WebP, at most 5 MiB.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CreateCakeClaimResponse
  - `status` 'ok': Email provider accepted the claim.

## Other responses

- `413`: Photo or request too large.
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Too many attempts or claims; retry later.
- `502`: Email provider did not confirm acceptance.
