  - `entries` ActivityEntryModel[], required: Activity log entries, newest first
    - `id` string, uuid, required: UUID of the activity log entry
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When the change was made
    - `operator_id` string, uuid, nullable: UUID of the operator who made the change; null once that operator is deleted
    - `operator_name` string, required: Name of the operator at the time of the change (snapshot)
    - `operator_email` string, required: Email of the operator at the time of the change (snapshot)
    - `action` 'create' | 'update' | 'delete' | 'login', required
