# List Incidents

`GET /api/v1/incidents`

Hack incidents, newest first, confirmed only unless asked otherwise.

Incidents carry a confidence tier: rumored, then corroborated, then
confirmed. `min_status` sets the floor and defaults to confirmed, so the
feed reads exactly as it did before tiers existed; lower tiers are opt-in
and every item carries its own `status`.

Every incident at or above the floor is listed, including ones at protocols
Verdict does not rate; `matched_protocol` says which is which. `since` is
how a polling consumer catches up without re-reading the whole feed.

## Query parameters

- `slug` string, nullable: Exact Verdict slug of a rated protocol
- `since` string, date-time, nullable: ISO datetime; return incidents detected after it
- `min_status` 'rumored' | 'corroborated' | 'confirmed': Lowest confidence tier to serve. Defaults to confirmed; corroborated opts into multi-source leads that have not yet reached confirmation.
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
