`POST /api/workflow-play/state/schema-transition`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-flage-org-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-flage-org-slug`

## Request body

- TransitionStateSchemaRequest: Compare-and-set transition between revision-owned durable state schemas.
  - `base_generation` integer, required: Generation observed before the transition.
  - `evidence` object, required: Revision-owned compatibility or reset evidence retained with the transition.
  - `mode` 'preserve' | 'reset', required: Preserve compatible values or atomically reset the namespace state.
  - `new_schema_digest` string, required: Schema digest to make current.
  - `prior_schema_digest` string, required: Schema digest currently committed.
  - `prior_state_digest` string, required: Exact state digest observed by the caller.

Successful Response

- StateSchemaTransitionResponse: Committed state-schema transition receipt.
  - `base_generation` integer, required: Generation before the transition.
  - `mode` 'preserve' | 'reset', required: Committed transition strategy.
  - `new_generation` integer, required: Generation after the transition.
  - `new_schema_digest` string, required: Schema digest after the transition.
  - `new_state_digest` string, required: State digest after the transition.
  - `prior_schema_digest` string, required: Schema digest before the transition.
  - `prior_state_digest` string, required: State digest before the transition.
  - `transition_id` string, required: Stable state-schema transition id.
  - `transitioned_at` string, required: ISO 8601 commit time for the transition.
