  - `connected` boolean: Whether this ingress currently feeds the published campaign workflow.
  - `ingress_id` string, required: Operational source ingress that received the delivery.
  - `inserted` integer, required: New source rows inserted by this delivery.
  - `ok` boolean, required: True after the webhook delivery commits or adopts durable rows.
  - `sequence_id` string, required: Campaign that owns the webhook source.
  - `source_run_id` string, required: Immutable source execution that owns the delivered rows.
  - `sync_error` string, nullable: Sanitized audience-sync failure; delivered source rows remain durable.
  - `synced` integer, nullable: Delivered rows synchronized into the attached audience container.
  - `test` boolean: Whether the request validated the webhook without inserting production rows.
