`POST /api/sequences/{sequence_id}/attachments/preview-url`

- SequenceAttachmentPreviewUrlResponse: Short-lived read URL for one organization-owned campaign attachment.
  - `expires_seconds` integer, required: Lifetime of the returned URL in seconds.
  - `url` string, required: Presigned URL used to preview or download the attachment.
