    - `matched_url` string, nullable: Public URL used as resolver evidence when present.
    - `source` string, nullable: Resolver/provider source label.
    - `status` 'ok' | 'not_found' | 'error': Per-company resolution outcome. Canonical durable runs publish ok or not_found; error remains readable for legacy artifacts because transient provider/model unavailability now retries and ultimately fails the job.
