      - `location` string, nullable, required: Observed Location header when the response had one.
      - `source_url` string, required: Safe HTTP(S) URL requested for this hop.

    - `status` 'resolved' | 'unchanged' | 'not_found' | 'blocked' | 'loop' | 'error': Only resolved proves an input-to-canonical alias. unchanged confirms the same hostname. Every other state is non-authoritative for merging.
    - `terminal_url` string, nullable: Final safe HTTP(S) URL reached or rejected by the probe.
