# Delete fleet

`DELETE /fleets/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.vepathos.com`
- URL: `https://api.vepathos.com/fleets/{id}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Deletes the fleet and detaches it from any lot that referenced it. Vehicles in the catalog are kept.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `200`

Fleet deleted (gateway unlinks fleet_vehicle rows and clears delivery_lot.fleet_id).

  - `code` 'deleted', required
  - `message` string, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, expired or invalid access token.
- `404`: Fleet not found in tenant scope
- `422`: The body or a parameter does not match the schema.
