  - `length_unit` string: Defaults to CENTIMETER when omitted.
  - `packaging` string: Defaults to BOX when omitted.
  - `handling` string[]
  - `value` string
  - `value_currency` string: Defaults to USD when omitted.

Updated package template.

- PackageTemplate: Saved dimension, weight and handling preset. Enum-like fields are stored as plain strings; the referenced enums document the accepted values rather than enforce them.
