# Anonymous vendor search

`GET /api/vendors`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.venumark.com`
- URL: `https://www.venumark.com/api/vendors`
- Auth: none required

Anonymous. Substring search over business name, prior names (aka), license number, and city across the scored Florida DBPR vendor database. Returns a bare JSON array (not the {data,meta,error} envelope); errors return {"error":"..."}. Rate limited to 60 requests per minute per IP.

Matching vendors (bare array).

  - `id` string: Vendor id; use with /api/vendors/{id}/scorecard.
  - `name` string, nullable
  - `cuisine` string: License-type category, e.g. Mobile Food or Caterer.
  - `location` string: City and state, e.g. "Tampa, FL".
  - `licenseNumber` string: Prefixed license number, e.g. MFD7742.
  - `violations12m` integer, nullable
  - `inspections12m` integer, nullable
  - `failed12m` integer, nullable
  - `hasHighPriority` boolean: True when the record includes at least one high-priority violation.
  - `lastInspectionDate` string, nullable
  - `licenseInactive` boolean: True only when the DBPR license is on file and not active.
  - `licenseExpiry` string, nullable
  - `aka` string, nullable: Prior or alternate DBA names, comma-joined.
  - `notCurrentlyLicensed` boolean: True when a current licensed operator cannot be confirmed.

## Other responses

- `429`: Per-IP rate limit exceeded.
