`POST /loans`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ventipay.com/v1`

Crea un nuevo objeto `Loan`.

## Request body

- object
  - `amount` integer, required: Monto del préstamo.
  - `currency` 'clp' | 'clf', required: Código de moneda ISO de tres letras.
  - `customer_id` string: ID de customer. Debe enviarse customer_id o customer_email.
  - `customer_email` string: Email de customer. Si no existe, se creará.
  - `description` string
  - `metadata` string, json
