# Get API version and feature flags

`GET /version`

## Request

Returns API version information and enabled feature flags. Use this to check which capabilities are available in this deployment.

Successful Response

- VersionResponse: Response model for the version/info endpoint.
  - `api_version` string, required: API version string
  - `features` FeaturesInfo, required: Feature flags indicating which capabilities are enabled.
    - `observations` boolean, required: Whether observations (auto-consolidation) are enabled
    - `mcp` boolean, required: Whether MCP (Model Context Protocol) server is enabled
    - `worker` boolean, required: Whether the background worker is enabled
    - `bank_config_api` boolean, required: Whether per-bank configuration API is enabled
    - `bank_llm_health` boolean, required: Whether the per-bank LLM connectivity probe is enabled
    - `file_upload_api` boolean, required: Whether file upload/conversion API is enabled
    - `document_export_api` boolean, required: Whether the document export endpoint is enabled
    - `document_import_api` boolean, required: Whether the document import endpoint is enabled
    - `audit_log` boolean, required: Whether audit logging is enabled by default (overridable per bank)
    - `llm_trace` boolean, required: Whether per-bank LLM request tracing is enabled
    - `store_document_text` boolean, required: Whether raw source text is persisted. When false, document/chunk source text is not stored.
