# List LLM request traces

`GET /v1/default/banks/{bank_id}/llm-requests`

List traced LLM requests for a bank, ordered by most recent first. Requires LLM request tracing to be enabled (HINDSIGHT_API_LLM_TRACE_ENABLED). Requests older than HINDSIGHT_API_LLM_TRACE_RETENTION_DAYS are deleted; `retention_days` in the response says how many days are kept (null = forever).

- `call_type` 'llm' | 'embedding' | 'rerank' | 'decision', nullable: Filter by kind of model call, told apart by scope: embedding (embedding_*), rerank, decision (decision_*), or llm (every other scope)
- `provider` string, nullable: Filter by LLM provider
- `trace_id` string, nullable: Filter to one operation run (all LLM calls sharing a trace)
- `document_id` string, nullable: Filter to LLM calls that processed a given document
- `memory_id` string, nullable: Filter to the operation run(s) that produced or consumed a given memory_unit
- `group` boolean: Paginate by operation run (trace) instead of by call; returns whole runs
- `start_date` string, nullable: Filter from this ISO datetime (inclusive)
- `end_date` string, nullable: Filter until this ISO datetime (exclusive)
- `limit` integer: Max items to return
- `offset` integer: Offset for pagination
