`GET /v1/me/notifications`

## Request

## Response `200`

Account-level email-alert settings for VAT monitoring.

- NotificationSettings
  - `emailEnabled` boolean, required
  - `email` string, required: Override alert address. Empty string means ‘use the account email’.
  - `accountEmail` string, required

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid session (`UNAUTHORIZED`), or the account has been deleted (`ACCOUNT_DELETED`).
