`GET /billing/usage`

- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

Usage records

- object
  - `usage` object[]
    - `job_id` string, nullable
    - `provider` string
    - `cost_cents` integer
    - `billing_type` string
    - `billed_units` object, nullable
    - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `total_cents` integer: Sum of `cost_cents` over the returned rows (limited by `limit`), not the lifetime total
