`POST /eval/simulation/suite/{id}/duplicate`

- SimulationSuite
  - `id` string, uuid, required: This is the unique identifier for the simulation suite.
  - `orgId` string, uuid, required: This is the unique identifier for the organization this suite belongs to.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: This is the ISO 8601 date-time string of when the suite was created.
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: This is the ISO 8601 date-time string of when the suite was last updated.
  - `name` string, required: This is the name of the simulation suite.
  - `slackWebhookUrl` string: This is the Slack webhook URL for notifications.
  - `path` string, nullable: Optional folder path for organizing simulation suites. Supports up to 3 levels (e.g., "dept/feature/variant"). Maps to GitOps resource folder structure.
  - `simulationIds` string[], required: This is the list of simulation IDs in this suite.
  - `targetAssignments` SimulationSuiteTargetAssignment[], required: This is the ordered list of assistant or squad assignments for the suite.
    - `targetType` 'assistant' | 'squad', required: This is the type of target assigned to the simulation suite.
    - `targetId` string, uuid, required: This is the unique identifier of the assigned assistant or squad.

- `404`: Simulation suite not found
- `409`: Simulation suite graph is invalid
