Peer comparison data returned successfully

- SymbolPeersResponse: The main payload is keyed by "<type>: <code> (<name>) on <exchange>". Each value is a PeerEntry object.

  - `field_explanations` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (40 requests/day on free tier)
- `500`: Internal server error
