# Email a sign-in code

`POST /v1/auth/email-otp/send-verification-otp`

## Request

Requests a code for an existing account only. Never creates an account. Limited per address and per email. A page sends a Turnstile token in X-Turnstile-Token; the daemon cannot and sends none.
