# Retrieve reports by repository on the numbers of metadata records in the SDC database.

`GET /datacatalog/api/harvest/reports`

Retrieve reports by repository on the numbers of metadata records
in the SDC database, including the number of new, modified,
deleted, failed, indexed, and successful records.

**Parameters**
* `start_date`: First date of harvest to report on for the repository. Format YYYY-MM-DD. Default value is seven days ago.
* `end_date`: Last date of harvest to report on for the repository. Format YYYY-MM-DD. Default value is today.
* `harvest_source_name`: Name of the repository that is providing the metadata records to the SDC. See a complete list below under HarvestSourceEnum schema.
