# Delete Rule

`DELETE /api/reconciliation/rules/{node}/{strategy_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://demo.usesecuro.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://demo.usesecuro.com/api/reconciliation/rules/{node}/{strategy_id}`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `/api/auth/login`
- TypeScript: <https://skmtc.dev/usesecuro/apis/securo/docs/api/reconciliation/rules/:node/:strategy_id/delete.ts> (a function with typed inputs; its response is checked against the schema)

Get rid of a rule, including one of ours.

There is no rule we refuse to remove. What happens underneath differs:
a workspace's own rule is a row and goes; one of ours is a document
in the image, so a tombstone records that this workspace does not run
it, but that is our problem, not something to make a person learn.
